Ayurvedic turmeric tea
with Madhu Manuka Honey

Recommended honey for this recipe:


  • 1/2 tsp organic turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp Ashwagandha
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Madhu Manuka Honey
  • 1 cup nut milk


  1. Place all ingredients in a saucepan and heat over low to medium heat. Stir constantly to mix all ingredients well.
  2. Add the mixture to your blender and blend for 30 seconds to a minute to make it nice and frothy.
  3. Serve the tea immediately and enjoy every sip!
